I don't know much about battery specs, so I won't get into that. What I DO know, is that my Lenovo x61 originally got around 5 hours of battery life. After a couple of years, the battery was about shot, providing only about an hour per charge.
After replacing my old battery with this one, I'm back at 5 hours again. At the time I purchased it, I believe it was at least $73 cheaper than a new battery straight from Lenovo, so this was money well spent. (Posted on 12/12/11)
